Skills Training Programs

Our basketball training program for junior high and high school students is designed to enhance their skills and prepare them for competitive play. Our program includes a comprehensive approach to skill development, combining on-court practice with strength and conditioning training to improve performance and reduce the risk of injuries. Our coaches use a variety of techniques to develop essential basketball skills, including dribbling, shooting, passing, defense, and rebounding. The program also emphasizes teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship, helping young athletes learn how to work together and respect their opponents. In addition to regular practices, we organize monthly tournaments for accomplished students, providing an opportunity for them to showcase their skills and compete against other teams. Our experienced coaches provide personalized feedback and guidance to each athlete, ensuring that they reach their full potential and achieve their goals. Jersey Level System

Basketball is an art. We plan to use innovative techniques to teach the youth the fundamentals of basketball. Dojo Athletics has adopted the Martial Arts belt system, which will motivate the youth to set goals and really work hard to achieve them. We will use various color jerseys to distinguish what level each participant is on. The levels begin in the order of white, yellow, orange, green, blue, purple, red, and black.
